We offer a complete Narrowboat Experience for people who want to see and learn all aspects of handling a narrowboat on the Chesterfield Canal.
You can just sit back and take in the History and wildlife of this most beautiful of English canals (the canal was opened in June 1774 when George III was on the throne!) or get involved in the day to day running of the superb narrowboat "Beautiful Baby". Learn to take the helm, navigate and manage the locks, mooring and "winding" (turning) the boat and navigate tunnels. You will also be shown health and safety aboard the boat.

In short, this is a unique Narrowboat Experience, a totally inclusive package designed for 2 persons, you will be out for approximately 6/7 hours, we will tailor your day to suit your preference. You can also bring along up to four passengers too.
Your crew are fully experienced in all aspects of Narrowboat cruising and in particular on the Chesterfield canal. The emphasis is on safety, enjoyment and experience. You will find your camera and binoculars a must!
On completion of your day you will be issued with a booklet and certificate as a memento of your time with us.
